I need a quick and easy way to purchase BTC, preferable without all the KYC Verification or at least very QUICK registration.

I will be referring "new" users to BTC, so the easier it is the better.

Any ideas?

- Use Localbitcoins or Mycelium local trader and trade with people face to face.
- Bitcoin ATMs, no KYC is needed until you reach a certain limit (which can easily be bypassed by using multiple phones numbers).
- Buy bitcoin using Western Union, Skrill, PayPal, Neteller, etc. on Paxful (limited) or here on the forums (better solution but hard, as you'll be using reversible payment methods and people don't trust newbies).

I'm still not sure If LB has mandatory KYC. As for Paxful, I believe after trading anything above 1000$ you'll have to verify your account.

For KYC exchanges, I'm not sure about the time for KYC except for Coinmama, it's less than 15 minutes. Other reputable exchanges are Coinbase, BitPanda, Bitstamp, Bitfinex, and Kraken.

P2P is also a great way to purchase BTC without KYC, you can transact this method on  Currency Exchange.

You may find also this method nearby your place, you just need to look for specific groups living in your country.

To add for suggested options above...

If you or your friends do have a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) with a "friendly" bank towards cryptocurrency as a provider, then you can try Binance.

Simple, quick registration and no KYC is needed but of course, you are under limits on which I think is just fine because you just have to show some basic things done in crypto to new users.

Why Credit Card??
Fast: Average 10-30 mins for cryptocurrency to reach your wallet
Low Fees: Simplex charges only 3.5% per transaction (10 USD minimum)
Convenient: Visa and MasterCard accepted

From what I know, Local Bitcoins only asks for KYC for people who want to set up advertisements, I used LB a couple months back, and I was able to sell my btc from my account which is still unverified. This confirms it.

@OP Go through here, the official bitcoin page, and if you go through the links, you can sort out exchanges based on your location and other cool stuff. Very helpful!

And if you want to use an ATM, go through here to find the nearest ATM to you.

The limit is probably very low, something like 50 bucks xD. And adding the fees 6% he will need to consider an additional FX fee ~2-3% from VISA/MC. He will end with 8% fees

I would rather use Purse.io and pay with my Amazon balance, which I can top up with vouchers bought at the tobacco shop.
Or to buy a bitcoin gift card and other vouchers.

I used a site called BitGift but it changed its name long ago and I don't remember the name now. It was very simple to use and you could email the gift to whoever you wanted to gift too if you want. I took like 15 minutes to complete the order.
I know alternatives like cryptovoucher.io or mmoga.fr (which sell cryptovoucher GC) but I've never used any of them so can't comment about it. MMOGA is basically a site selling video games things (code? or level power?) but I'm certain you can pay with a card, Paypal, etc.

As long as you live in a country which doesn't mandate KYC for Bitcoin ATMs. Some do, or the limits are laughably low.

You can use Bitrefill and buy FastBitcoins GC vouchers. But I personally don't like the idea that much due to its centralized nature. So maybe designing a card (If you want it to look nice) and printing private keys (QR) in it is a good idea.

I recently noticed this message on the verification tab on LBC.

Essentially, there is now a clear 1,000EUR or equivalent threshold on the amount you can trade, as well as the amount you can deposit to your LBC account before you'll be asked to upgrade to Tier 1 KYC, effective September this year. But as far as I know you are able to trade over that limit any time until that cutoff date, since I'm currently over the limit myself.

I doubt that for OP's purposes, this will be much of an issue even after the implementation of a KYC threshold, especially for a first time buyer.

preferable without all the KYC Verification or at least very QUICK registration.

It comes down to the extent of "ease" you need. All the sites with KYC are a bit hit and miss. Some people report fast approval, while others with more obscure credentials may find it difficult to get verified at all. If you're in the latter group, using localbitcoins now without these treshold in place certainly makes sense.

If you are first time bitcoin buyer and just want to keep it for speculative purpose rather than buying anything with those bitcoin than you can try skrill which will allow you to buy bitcoin without doing any verification but they don't let you withdraw those bitcoins.

Another option could be through any of the https://www.simplex.com/ partners including binance with their new interface you can buy bitcoin with your bank card and from what I know they don't ask for documents other than just your personal details including birth date.
