This coin has the most solid ingredients to be a good coin, the rare or unique things come when the coin has a big community behind (look at doge), I credit the devs because they are doing a serious work.
I don't think that a pump&dump is possible because there are only 288k coins in total... people that dump it will regret hard ^_^
If I understand well there will be a 1% for a "promotion fundation" (giveaways, faucets, bountys, services, ...) as stated...
The other 1% will be shared between developers, server costs and IPO, so in fact the IPO in my humble opinion will only be the solution for people that can't mine it... (as a early adoption even before it comes to an exchange).
You must realize that this meme has a very big (thousands if not millions people) community behind, so not everybody will be able to mine it, but a lot of followers may want to own some rotocoins without the hassle of dealing with mining technicals or exchanges... then the IPO fills this gap.
Just my two cents regarding the premine.
TL; DR: IMHO the premine IPO seems fair to benefit early adopters, obviously the dumpers will be losing money if they enter the IPO.Thanks for the explanation.
For that reason the IPO price is high, we don't want someone to come here and say hey! Take 30 BTC and give me the 1%, no way.
It's going to be really hard to mine like 50 Rt2, this is a scarcity currency, our goal it's different.
