did you thought about adding some PoS or about changing algo to X11/X13?
Either idea can increase hashrate and volume.
Both can increase hashrate and volume significantly.
About Pos, we think the block reward benefits the ones mining from the beginning, next month reward we'll be cut to 0.5 rotos +2 months 0.25 rotos and so on.
About the algo x13 looks nice also nist5, but for the moment scrip-N it's a really antiasic algo. But it's an option that we can study, x13 means less power consumption+less heat.

scrypt+n very unpopular now. Only VTC have big hashrate.
All new miners go to x11/x13. If you try x11/x13 once - you will not want to go back to scrypt+n - I understood this personally
Even with latest significant hashrate increase with 14.6 driver (4400kh on 280x) x11 remains be more colder and less energy-consuming than scrypt-n
we have a lot of x11 coins, so I think x13 will be good choise to - Roto can be coin number one in x13 (now it is mammothcoin but after pos this coin will die)
devs, we really need to change algo - only this can increase hashrate and then volume and price.
