Is there any crypto that can be used to control company funding budget?

Hello there,

This is just silly thought but maybe some where out there we find that some company (CV) that hard to control their cost because of so many transaction that happen in just one day. Why not crypto creator or token creator trying to do something about it. Like create daily transaction that rewards worker every day with their absent system and also if there is cost every staff must use app for proposal. That mean less paper and also company have digital track that cannot be undone (hopefully). If that can happen this could be one of the most realistic use for crypto.
