Almost all operators of credit card a mandatory condition to put the verification of the user. Most of the crypto based debit card service providers are not truly global yet and they cater to specific countrues or regions only as of yet while truly global options are still very few and among them i think crypterium is soon going to become the shining star of this niche as i like everything about them, i have personally applied for the card as well, their fee is low and other banking services are of high quality as well.

It is hard to find a working crypto debit card project after the collapse of Wave Crest which provided the connection between VISA and anonymous debit cards. Also, you can check the Crypterium and Paycent but these services ask for documents for increasing the daily withdrawal limits.
