I don’t think they have even read what they have posted. They are instructing applicants to wear an avatar but there is no avatar to wear.

Not only that, but many people are applying saying they will wear the avatar without noticing the lack of an avatar.

IMO it's good if someone new to forum is using campaign format of the veteran manager. Yahoo's campaigns' rules and conditions are very feasible in maintaining quality on the forum and at the same time reducing spamming.
I don't think using others campaign format is very serious offence. But if we think as per general ethics then he should have asked first.

Thanks everyone for the concern and I can confirm the OP did not message and ask permission to copy my rules and general format. I don't think managers really own the rights to rules and such but if you're going to copy/paste without at least messaging and asking permission then maybe the plagiarism rule should come into play here?

Using veteran manager's format doesn't mean he will be able to manage as like the veteran manager which is the purpose of the format/rules.
I don't think it's a good practice to use resources of other people without permission. They must have asked yahoo before using his format.

That's not a certain format for campaign manager, it's a format written and used by yahoo only. By all mean, he is the owner of this format and anyone trying to use it must have permission which OP don't have.

The plagiarism part is that the rules are word for word identical. That is plagiarism. If they want to have a similar layout but wrote the rules themselves, I wouldn't care. I think it's good that people are using good rulesets but they should take a look at what other managers use, pick the rules they want and rewrite it so that they also fully understand the meanings.
