Basically currencies are valued as per the GDP of a country so basically it is the value of the currency currently adopted by people and rest of it is channelized by the forces of demand and supply. The similar thing makes value here except for one thing bitcoin also has a network hardware over which it operates which is also a major determinant of its value rest of the value comes with adoption of btc larger its adoption is more will ita value grow.

I think the major thing that makes bitcoin more valuable is decentralization and followed by user privacy.
Bitcoin is the first truly peer-to-peer digital currency that is fully decentralized and yet acceptable all over the world.

I think one of the reasons makes Bitcoin valuable is that Bitcoin is limited in number. Bitcoin is not like fiat money. Governments can print fiat money but they can't print Bitcoin.

Simply saying that Bitcoin becomes valuable due to its demand, it is true indeed.
But another reason for why it becomes valuable is simply because its money. We people valued money, It is the medium we used for having transactions. We do not use the old fashioned trading of tangible assets to get another asset.

That's right, it needs massive adoption that will help to increase the demand. The thing that makes bitcoin valuable is because of the demand for it. If the demand is high, many people will be able to invest in it the reason why the price rapidly increases. Most especially if there is a lack of supply the price quickly rises and the lower the supply the higher the value of bitcoin. But sometimes there are some instances that the demand and supply of bitcoin were playing by the whales. The reason that bitcoin is highly volatile, it makes more valuable but sometimes it is cheaper.

  As far as I know, there already schools or universities offering and studying about bitcoins and other altcoins.

  But, as in my experience, even if you will not enter and enroll with that such institutions or universities, you still manage to understand what bitcoin is all about. You can learn a lot  on your own by reading different articles, reading different post and replies of different topics here in this forum, watching in youtube, searching in different websites. All you need is time to learn all of it and be open minded and accept this kind of currency or exchange evolving nowadays.

for me, bitcoin be valuable because it have high value. you can earn it by many method, and you can sell with high price. mostly people use it for asset, for their advantages. the other is very fast for transaction, secure, and no need put your identity in every transaction, like keeping your information from outside, and bitcoin not controled by anyone

what makes Bitcoin valuable is the concept it offers and the Blockchain technology that is behind Bitcoin.  10 years since the creation of Bitcoin, has been circulating thousands of cryptocurrencies that adopt the Bitcoin system and even many are much better than Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is a pioneer, so it's very valuable.

Bitcoin is awesome since it is a new generation of money or we are calling it a virtual money. There are a lot of features that make it valuable first is that Bitcoin is a source of income to others since it has aligned in different aspects in terms of earning, for example, trading or mining just like that. There are feature that makes our life easier in terms of payment method because since it is virtual money and be stored in a web wallet or application, paying some expenses using bitcoin is way faster and safer than physical money. Since the application and other web wallet is programmed to send/pay or receive/claim. This is good if we are being taught in school about cryptocurrencies, I like to learn broader about it.

Yes it is, the price of bitcoin changes if and only if the number or investors, merchants, and users will increase, the larger adaptation, the larger its price we are going to have and that's how it gain its value since the day it was released on the market, and speaking of what makes bitcoin valuable, it depends on our perception about bitcoin.

Every thing that is traded and people interested in buying will have value. This also happened to bitcoin, after bitcoin was released to the market, many people wanted to have it. The limited amount and high demand in the market has made bitcoin has a high price as it is now.

I don't why bitcoin have valuable because on the first publish bitcoin have very cheap price and no have ICO or IEO, but how come bitcoin price could raising up with higher price? will be supply and demand make bitcoin have value with many investor buy or sell when the moment is good for selling or buying.

As far as I know Bitcoin is a valuable cryptocurrency because of its supply, purpose, potential, etc. My favorite value in bitcoin is being able to store and transfer it to anyone that I want in place of cash, which takes very little time. Nowadays, because of those benefits that many users have trusted and used bitcoin. The amount of demand has increased significantly since 2017, a large number of investors were attracted that make BTC's price as it is now. Although they don't fully understand the concept of bitcoin or read the white paper but the above advantages with limited supply of 21 million bitcoins, which have made BTC a valuable commodity and especially this value will increase dramatically in the future.

No, the most valuable thing about Bitcoin is its independent inflation rate. All participants in the community know that there will be not so much Bitcoin and it is strictly limited. That is, it will not be able to manage Bitcoin mining. This is the value of Bitcoin.

I have not read any books about bitcoin or crypto, but it did not prevent me from trading and understanding how it works

how to fast learn is alredy play that game. as time goes by you will get used to it and experienced.

I think bitcoin's limited supply and capacity to hold transparent transactions is what makes Bitcoin valuable. Also, I think the value is not invested in the money, but rather in the technology which investors believe would grow in the future decades.

However, I'm not able to read the book yet. But I have heard of it and said that it was good. I'm planning to read it to further fortify my knowledge.
