Litecoin has benefited from its coming halving of block rewards since late of 2018, till April of 2019. Then price fell, and stood stable in the range around 0.009 BTC recent weeks. I don't believe that Litecoin will be able to setup its new all time high in LTC/BTC pair, but it might move closely to its current all time high. If that happens, that is good enough for me.
