Explorer lists SumcoinCore:0.17.4 as all the peers connected to it. Where is the code?

OK. Moving to PoS. Nice. Claimed the STEX wallet can move your coins to the new chain, or something... well, IT WILL NOT SYNC, and there is no way to add peers to this wallet. How are we supposed to move coins?
