Hey everyone — it’s been quiet here for a while, but Sumcoin hasn’t been.
What Sumcoin is (in one sentence):
Sumcoin (SUM) is designed as a peer-to-peer digital currency with an index-based price model and transparent public price feeds, so people can actually use it for trade — not just speculate on it.
What’s changed and what’s been built since this thread was last active:
Proof-of-Work → Proof-of-Stake transition completed
Sumcoin has transitioned from Proof-of-Work to Proof-of-Stake. This modernized the network, reduced waste, and aligned the chain with long-term, everyday usage instead of mining competition.
Sumcoin Wallet (modern self-custody) — live on iOS and Android
The primary on-ramp for users is now the mobile wallet, built for simple wallet-to-wallet transactions with no intermediaries.
