You are missing the point here. No one is saying that your website is particularly bad, but we are just trying to give you pointers which could be helpful in improving your site on the whole.

A small minority might like a simple look while the majority want something oozing with quality which is why you need to improve the overall design of your website through freelancers etc which can boost the popularity of your site over time.

You really need to do a lot in building confident on the sites if you are legit because people has started suspecting your sites already and if you really means business then it is good you introduce more features to the sites. For example there is no information on the rewards and withdrawal and this are keys to any legitimate gambling and betting sites.

What I am seeing is it right or you just made a mistake? I went through what you wrote now and it says that you're going to be the one to pay for a registration fee and we the players will then get a game code that we can use to enter the gaming pool? If it's like that, then it's this a free game or you're the one that made a mistake while typing this here? Another thing is that you didn't even leave a link to the website so that people can take a look at it… I had to go to my browser and start typing the name you have written here. There is no way and that is why I personally think that the best thing you can achieve right now is to pivot the system you have right now and find another way to get customers, if you do not pivot and find another approach to this "game" that you have in the end you will not be making any new customers and you will eventually close shop, there has been thousands of small time casinos that closed up because they didn't adjust and you would become one of them.

I found some people do this actually but of course deposit only just a little amount for testing the site. Usually so many players do exactly the same thing. As far as I understand from the main post, OP is offering free code for anyone who are intersted to try the game? Dont you notice it? IMO it is unlike other games that we usually see in this gambling board so there is no free satoshi/faucet but there is free codes (if the offer is still valid). But indeed I have to agree that sending something to register is not really good idea. Better to give an option to register like in other site.
It is also complicated after play as if user is winning the game, user need to copy a code to be redeemed. I wonder how if user forget to copy the code before the game closed? Surely it is so complicated game.

It would be nice if, on the site, we can get free coins to start so we can give a test to know if the site is good or needs to improve. I don't want to deposit in the new gambling website if I don't know anything about that site and I think the others will do the same. May be you are wrong on this part, people tend to play on new site as I can see. By getting positive reviews, it will boost new players to join a new site. And that is why design is a must thing to have. This is really important because by spending your time to design your site means that you will go that far for your sites so it has lesser chance for them to scam us(eventhough some of them has scammed), but the point here is as long as the site has a standard design and with positive reviews, I believe it is worth to play. Design can be upgraded but with bad reviews your site never develop
