3. transactions of goods and services are more priority on facebook

Bitcoin:
1. digital gold
2. without special short message applications
3. without a third party verification process.
and if you all have other analysis, please share your knowledge here about Libra and Bitcoin.

The main difference comes from Libra's centralized authority and Bitcoin being decentralized and also decision making being done by majority consensus and public participation.  

The consortium behind Libra will determine how you can spend and on what you can spend your Libra coin on, but with Bitcoin you can spend it on whatever you want, with no centralized authority having any power over your coins.  

Libra will also have to adhere to laws and regulations as stipulated by different countries, so depending on where you live, a decision will be made if you can use it or not.

My residence is not a problem, even though my country prohibits crypto transactions, but at least I will make Libra an investment asset to save my economy from the global crisis. 
Bitcoin has the trust of the whales, and Libra has an extraordinary consortium, and it will always make Bitcoin and Libra always survive and have high value.  I think these two currencies will compete in the future.  ETH and XRP will be defeated by Libra.

There is really no point raising a capital to invest in Libra. As you have indicated in your post, Libra is a digital dollar. Meaning to say, it is going to be valued around that currency. In other words, Libra coin is a stablecoin. That means, if you buy a lot of it, you will have to use it for payment. Otherwise, its value remain the same and you will not profit anything from it.

Well,Whatsapp might adopt Libra payments as well.They are Facebook's company after all.There is a Whatsapp business app that has more than 50 million installs on Android devices.There's potential for growth.
Anyway,the most important difference between Libra and bitcoin is the fact that Libra is backed by a single huge corporation,while bitcoin isn't.

i really think that Libra coin is not a competition to Bitcoin
i think dollar should be more alarm about the Libra coin i saw a post regarding a letter to congress to facebook
citing libra coin might destabilize US economy.
However crypto people hopeful about this because facebook will introduce billions of people to cryptocurency

Nobody will do that because they all invest to make profits from it. Libra is far way  different from Bitcoin because of their case uses, example Bitcoin is decentralized and Libra centralized, Bitcoin is not  tag to any currency while Libra is tag with fiat $. Bitcoin cannot be determin by third party but Libra price and uses will be determine by third parties and investors.

I am sorry but your differences are not able to catch the main essence of Libra or Bitcoin. Let me tell you what the main difference is,

Libra is a strictly centralized digital representation of money which is regulated by a mother company after complying with country specific laws.

On the other hand, Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency which is not owned by any specific company or individual and the user gets complete control over his own money!

That's the main essence and that's where Libra doesn't hold any competition with Bitcoin!

Libra is nothing like bitcoin, it will be pegged toe he dollar and will be centralized.  IT will basically be a centralized version of tether to be used on Facebook's platform.  No point in even calling it a crypto, it should be compared to paypal instead.

2. Why we need to have messaging service for bitcoin as its more for payment not for messaging, there are many services out there which integrate bitcoin payment through messaging services including SMS.
3. Better to say without intervention from third party, nobody will be sneaking into your wallet or can stop you from sending your bitcoins.

If it will be developed by 2020 which is quite unlikely, its better to buy bitcoin now not save fiat to buy libra. Actually Libra is just another stable coin and why you want to give your fiat to facebook so that they can earn interest on that.

Digital dollar would be one the many dollar pegged altcoins, such as Tether. Libra is "backed" by a group of fiat coins, not just USD, so digital dollar it isn't. Maybe digital "something" resembling that group of coins if there was one (if you believe their promise, which i don't).

Whatsapp is garbage, who cares? Even Telegram has a higher chance with their coin, or Line in Japan; KakaoTalk in Korea, Wechat in China. Worldwide whatsapp is lagging behind many others. Wechat alone probably has the most users worldwide anyway, even if we never use it here.

So Facebook wants to become ebay? Good luck... I doubt it has anything to do with what it was intended for.

Consortium members?, the two or three guys willing to spend 12million to run a node?... I wonder how many will even bother. Few nodes, means weak, weak means it will go down often, and if the code is subpar (which probably is) even worse things may happen. I expect hacking and reversals, giant no-no.

Finally its an US company, subject to US laws, including the infamous NSA. That's assuming he can somehow overcome congress opposition to it.

The difference is that Libra is backed by big companies today which are basically used by millions of us and those that hasn't knew bitcoin at all. Libra hasn't yet created but there were lots of rumors already of it being which and whatnot. There is no assurance yet for facebook and its partners where this libra is going but with BTC, its been proven time and time again that its price is going to space.

What I see as the major difference between LIBRA coin and Bitcoin is that LIBRA coin is centralized stable coin while Bitcoin is decentralized (forgetting about Bitcoin been the father of Cryptocurrency).

Good analysis but I think the clear difference between LIBRA and BTC is that BTC is decentralized while LIBRA is centralized, also LIBRA is a stable coin while BTC is volatile.  The volatility of BTC represents both advantages and disadvantages, since its a two way thing, will be favorable when BTC price soars up and vice versa. I see some people comparing Libra to BTC saying Libra will overtake BTC, that's the biggest joke of 21st century.

Then there is no confirmation about this Libra coin is a stable coin but it is centralized as confirmed.
