Be supercareful with this SOB, i can tell you first hand he is a thief and try stealing accounts he made by accessing the gmails made to create them
moreover, even the accounts he created got locked right away when using them , they were probably used with the same VCCs over and over again, thus linking the accounts together, there is no shortage of people selling accounts, becareful and always pay by paypal, no bitcoin payments , it will start off good and will go sideways later on.

p.s. he will probably go hiding behind another identity later on so il give you a hint, i know everyone selling VCCs in PH, this guy using PAYMAYA as a VCC provider
all their cards starting with the BIN number - 483442 , simply stay away from those cards, demand to see the full account details when buy and check the origin by using one of the many free services for BIN checking on google.
