Best DEX out there? What do you guys think?

There is no doubt in my mind that Decentralized exchanges is the future. So much regulation (KYC) is being forced down on exchanges all around. Exchanges banning countries from trading, and the list continues.

The "Big boys" wants to know everything about each and everyone of us. Crypto was NEVER meant to be this way, it actually makes me sick to think about.

Which DEX do you fancy the most? Which one has the most potential? Binance's DEX is not a TRUE DEX, since they control all the nodes verifying the transactions, so don't even mention it. It's shit, and I wont use it.

I was using forkdelta/ idex and have good experience but now im currently not active at any dex, regarding best dex i think idex was good but now it is also loosing active members due to rapid de-listing of tokens and also implementing some strict rules that goes against the concept of dex.

There are many out there, but most of them has 0 to no volume at all.

Personally I've got my eyes on Stakenet's DEX solution, which will run on masternodes. It's a lightning DEX, so it's gonna run extremely fast in comparison to any other out there, and since it's run on masternodes, which are required to hold the chains, you wont even notice the difference between the Stakenet DEX, and any other centralized exchange, which is crucial for adoption and user friendliness.
Problem is, if you want to exchange BTC for LTC, you need to download both chains (And they are massive at this point) to even be able to trade.

Problem is the liquidity, it always is. Stakenet is adding a DEX Aggregator, which will combine multiple DEX orderbooks into their own adding tons of liquidity, and ease of use.

This is a based answer, since I'm invested in the project itself, but it's 100% my best recommendation at this point. I believe the DEX will be launched within a couple of months at most.

But for a true decentralized DEX that's been in the works for YEARS(yes I said years) Not just an idea from the high point of the HYPE Cycle or ICO Craze.

IDEX use to lead the park before, but with the coming of BinanceDex it is starting to steal users form it, although there are argument that IDEX is not even a DEX because it started blocking users from certain countries and this is what people were blaming Binance for but there is always a way around that using VPN would solve this issue

SwitchDex.ag no doubt about it. The truest Dex in the market, they will never ban IPs or bend down to some government, this si truly a dex. Fast UI, constant upgrading, You don't need to pay to list a token too!

Also, you may pay a one time fee and get rid of fees for life. IMO, currently the best dex.

People do know that Binance DEX isnt really that fully decentralized but even on such condition people do still prefer on using it up due to popularity and reputation from Binance itself.
For now the best DEX i had used up is Bisq when we do talk about Decentralization.We can opt out on others like IDEX and Fork but these are focused on erc20's.

There's sort of security for using a popular exchange and a DEX that's managed by them.
Well, as a trader I'd rather choose the exchange where I can interact with support and assist me if there's a problem.

Ethereum dex is the real dex that is not controlled by someone or a party. binance is the true centralized exchange that claimed as decentralized exchange and that binance dex is a joke.

Idex for me looks good and another dex that built on the 0x platform too.

what about etherdelta ? i think ed is still the big dex exchange because its older and many people ( bounty/airdrop hunters ) are using this exchange  . binance dex in a nutshell is only new on the dex world   .  and what is that bonus campaign/airdrops you are talking about ? i dont see that binance have a campaign or an airdrop . they are already popular so i dont think that they will need a marketing of thier service  . overll best dex for me is still ed and fd

This is correct. Binance DEX it just a cashing out of the DEX wave and IDEX is turning to KYC and other regulations. Many others will follow this step because of bad planning they knew that the crypto market was in early stage and no regulations were possible at the time and in the future they had to change this, what i'm trying to say is that they didn't really care about the privacy or the actual functions of a dex. If i can advice any of you is to actually look into SwitchDex.ag because they got a great project out there that is fully focused on privacy and staying true to de definition of a DEX, They are based on Antigua & Barbuda meaning laws of the USA won't apply there and can't force them.

Are there any proper DEXs with big volume? Although I haven't checked, I assume none of them match a big centralized exchange's volume yet. Everyone would switch to the DEX if there were any with high volume.

Hopefully in another year or two some genuine DEXs might take over from centralized exchanges.

My current Dex has Idex, etherfly, etherdelta, Forkdelta. All are well and Idex is the place with the most stable trading but it requires a minimum to buy and sell quite high.

I would agree that lack of volume is a major problem with DEXes out there. It is hard to get a person selling and a person buying to use the same platform. NebliDex was created to make the process of onboarding a lot easier.

I've hearing it a lot of times about switchdex, I may take a look into them and might consider if I find it convenient and effective for me.
