I do not think you will get serious response unless you offer any form of collateral. Seriousness is lacking from your side in the first place :-P

If you don't have any guarantee, you won't get a loan.
Without collateral here, it is like, wearing a mask, asking random people in the street "Please give me 10000 USD, I'll give you back next week, I promise".

in other words, you want to make profit without taking risks

then you should start with offering service or selling something to earn money
trading and investing is the next step after you have enough (or extra) capital to do so
