The Fight between Litecoin and bitcoincash

i also have this in mind. i believed that litecoin have more future than bitcoin cash. the continue forking of bitcoin to produce bitcoin cash and the rest reduces the potential aspects of bitcoin cash. there is every possibility that we will see another fork taking place.

With bitcoin having a decentralized consensus model, forks will happen whether you like it or not. With a leaderless project, disagreements and variations in ideas is inevitable; hence why we have forks right now.

Oh, and also, litecoin is also a fork. It has no future either.

Both cryptocurrencies have a long way to go though in order to qualify to be at the top.

Does it really matter?

There is already ETH out there and I would rather pick that if there is a heavy traffic with the bitcoin transactions.
Faster and way cheaper than any transaction fees that is being given out there by those two.

They should have just focused on bitcoin all of those investments rather than dividing it in 3 or 4.
But if forced to choose then, I would gladly pick litecoin out of the two.

If this "FIGHT" you are saying is between their market cap, I don't care with both of them. Comparing 2 altcoins in terms of market cap is wrong. Compare it in terms of technology, community and what they can do to make the life of the people better. I'm not a fan of either Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash so I'm neutral with both of them.

Litecoin have pros and cons and at the same time Bitcoin cash have also pros and cons. There are some of them:

i preferred Litecoin because it is getting more adopted than bitcoin cash.

It is difficult to know, right now there seems to be some interest going in litecoin since the block reward will be halved in 19 days, but once that passes I see the interest in litecoin going down and BCH could take the spot as the fourth coin with the highest market cap, however I have never believed in BCH, I do not mind competition and all of that but the fact that during some time the devs of BCH claimed it was the real bitcoin is something that bothers me and I will never invest my money long term in such coin since it could crash at any moment.

Nah, BCH is not it at all, the reason why they are just growing is because they are fork of bitcoin, and that is still the main attachment between it and the investors, everyone wants to associate with anything that has to do with bitcoin, but Litecoin that would have proven itself strong is really dulling for my liken, Litecoin has everything to grow, but I guess that the team of Litecoin are just too lazy to push their product, and now they are trying to hide under the umbrella of halving.

My brother Litecoin will fail woefully if they don’t come up with another strategy that will really make people to see them for who they are, I dint see any effect of halving on them at all, halving will just come and then pass without noticing if it ever happened. So they better wake up into the reality of more hard work.

I don’t have any confidence in Bitcoin counterparts and Litcoin.  I used them only temporarily, as long as it was profitable.  After the recent events in the cryptocurrency market, I prefer to invest in specific coins that do not force you to risk your capital.  This is primarily Bitcoin and ethereum, as well as those projects that have already confirmed their prospects.

And that is the only thing that holding LTC, it's block halving. And I'm sure that once investors had gotten their money of out LTC dump will be incoming and that is the time that BCH might go up to 4th place as we all know that as much as we don't want to admit it, they have a big community of supporters as well.

With that said, I won't be surprised to see them reclaiming the 4th spot and LTC going back to 5th to 10th place.

Litecoin has been in existence ever since 2011, while Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is only two years old (in its current form). So it's not surprising that LTC has a larger acceptability when compared to BCH. Also, from 2011 to 2015 LTC held the position as the number two altcoin, something which BCH could never achieve (its best ranking was #3, if I am not wrong).

I am not sure whether LTC is having more acceptability compared to BCH right now. IMO, the latter may be having an advantage. I am someone who uses a lot of gambling sites and pre-paid cards. From what I have seen, after BTC and ETH, BCH may be having the maximum coverage.

Also, don't get fooled by the recent spike in the Litecoin exchange rates. A lot of that resulted from the hype in anticipation to the upcoming block reward halving. Let's see what happens after that event (05 Aug 2019).

Its always a good idea to split your investments in times of uncertainty. Crypto is in an interesting place now, with many unknowns in the near future.
I personally hold both with a higher percentage in LTC.
Whatever you do, hold your investments for the long term and don’t sell on the drops. The progress of this can be seen on exchange graph.So you can be positive about buy litecoin . Also due to Litecoin halving we can see the price  incerse in LTC. If you can see the LTC graph In Dec 2018 the price was $30.99 but after the halving the today's market value is $90.51 which is drastically increase.Curretly it is holding the 4th rank in coinmarket cap as well.

I don't think it will be like your fight both are in struggling situation we need to give the hand for the development otherwise it will always in the same situation its development there is no good move will always not happened in this situation

Both coin has been very helpful in one way or the other to a lot of users and investors in the cryptocurrency space and I think they all deserve an award for the service they are both rendering to people, but I think Litecoin has upper hand, because first, they have been in the crypto space before bitcoincash, and what made bitcoincash suddenly shoot was because it is a hard fork of bitcoin, and you know that people tend to respect and pay attention more to anything that is closely related to the proper Bitcoin.

If we consider technology, Litecoin has the technology more and I think they deserve to be on that third rank, but I am not a biased person, I will give my full support to whoever team that is more active in developing their project and making people happy more.

Litecoin has its own future with bitcoin cache, for the growth of Litecoin in favor of fast halving, bitcoin cache can simply be pamped when withdrawing money from bitcoin

Bitcoincash is just a copy of already existing system of bitcoin and I dint see any special features that they have brought to the crypto world other than just to duplicate bitcoin technology and claim to be fork of it. Litecoin has a different technology entirely, and I would not really blame bitcoin cash, I blame Litecoin for outing itself in such position where they have to be comparing this new fork that Litecoin seniors to it.

I am happy that the halving of Litecoin is just like 5 days to go, and I am so sure that this halving will have some great effect in the market of Litecoin and will add enough value that may make it to outrun bitcoincash temporarily, so forward ever, backward never, Litecoin will always be senior to bitcoin cash in all ramification.

Currently, Bitcoin cash is occupying the spot but that won't last long. The difference isn't that much so I won't be surprised if the battle continues for the next couple of weeks although, I pick Litecoin to over throne Bitcoin cash and stays that way for the next couple of months since the hype towards the Litecoin halving event is still flowing around in the community. Bitcoin cash don't have any positive news associated with it, instead it's benefiting off the success of Bitcoin. Maybe after the event has been successful and they hype dies down then Bitvoincash will regain it's throne as the fourth largest and populous coin based on market capitalization.

Bitcoin cash has no reason to be on the top of the list so definitely Litecoin should take that place.Earlier bitcoin cash nearly reaches the value of ripple but now it went deep down which shows that this coin keep losing its value when other coin maintains it even at the worst.Learn the lesson as soon as possible or BCH holders will have nothing.
