This is not an ethical management style, in this way uncertainty is wrong !!
It should have been like this:
If you didn't receive a response within 2 days (or 3,4, whatever), your request was rejected.

No need for that, because you are only supposed to put signature when you receive PM from BM.

I think what some members are saying is true, you are indirectly enjoying free advertisement from members who are willing to work for you without accepting them eventually, you can always state a time frame when pm should be expected from you - if no pm within that time frame means usres are not accepted and can know to remove signature

OR make it very clear that only those who receive pm can apply the sig code, as it is many are misunderstanding the information, wearing signature for days without being accepted and no clearer message to tell them to stop posting with your sig, free advertisement indeed
