If I register and start working today will be accepted as a participant? I see there is a rule that participants who install the signature code i must share at least 20 days for 1 month for 50 posts.

If you get accepted anytime within the month that isn't the 1st day of the month, your payment starts counting from that day meaning you won't recieve the full payment for that month. Here's an example, you're a full member which the monthly payment is $70 worth Gold Stablecoin. Technically you're been paid $17.5 weekly for four weeks making a month. You already lost 2 weeks so you'll be paid for the remaining two weeks meaning you should recieve between $25-35 at the end of the month.

This explanation isn't an official statement instead it's based on my observation so the dollar value could differ but the fact here is, you won't be paid full monthly payment if you join after the 1st day of the month, you can confirm this from the spreadsheet as the date of acceptance and how much they got paid for that month is indicate for each participants.
