Since i join Airdrops maybe 3 years ago.
I always get email notification like a list of Airdrops.
But i don't know where they know my email and i ask to other people in Social media.
And  answer is i get that spam is from Waitlist in Airdrop. I don't know this is true of no but, i always send my email in Airdrop form.

Then, in telegram group. Most of channel in my telegram is Airdrop channel. I never join that channel and maybe this channel is from fail or fake airdrop

When you give your personal mail in those airdrop events, you are basically giving away your personal data for a worthless shitcoin.

They sell your data to other shitty companies, and spam around.

The worst you can do is to make a KYC, because they will sell your documents.

I made a topic about this few time ago, I will bump it because it can help newbies

Here are some ways you are getting email airdrops:
1. You must have subscribed to some airdrop websites like airdrop alert.
2. The spreadsheet of the airdrops you joined before did not hide the email addresses of participants and some spammers gathered all those info.

On telegram, the possible reason why you are getting added to several channels you do not even know is that you did not adjust your privacy settings. I've seen a simple guide before on how you can prevent random users add you, check this thread Do this if you don't want to be dragged to different telegram ICOs

the worst part of it is that it doesn't cost any of them anything since they are not paying in real money or not even in bitcoin to have to spend money, they  literary create the token out of thin air and pay with that so it costs 0. in return not only they receive millions in real money but also a big database of user information which they sell on dark market.

There is a FOMO brewing...

The cryptocurrency space is an unregulated environment which means people can most times get away with anything like selling of our private informations etc. Your email is already exposed so there isn't much you can do except try if you can unsubscribe from their list or block/blacklist the sender.

The reasons why you receive those spam email could be as a result of any of what the above users have pointed out so if you're to pick interest in airdrops or any free crypto related offers like giveways etc in the future, create a separate email just for that purpose. Like email just for airdrops or giveways.

Your Telegram username was found on any of those Telegrams groups you have joined in the past (maybe via airdrops) then someone, whether by manual or bot, added you intentionally on some random channels they are shilling with.

That's why the moment you open it, Telegram will prompt you to report that channel instead or proceed. If you think that the channel is totally sh*t never hesitate to report it or just simply leave and ignored it.

But i don't know where they know my email
~
i always send my email in Airdrop form.
you entered your email address in every airdrop form you filled out
your address and other info are being sold or shared to other airdrops, ico projects, etc

I never join that channel and maybe this channel is from fail or fake airdrop
you can change your telegram settings to prevent that from happening again
go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Privacy:Groups > My Contacts , apply changes
that would make only known people in your contacts can add you to a group/channel

Even if you didn't give your email in any airdrop form, some airdrop form requires to log in to access the form. That's how it is possible to collect email. Telegram groups are a pain truely, there's no way you can get rid of.
Edit- Didn't notice Thirdspace has posted a solution for the telegram. I thought it wasn't possible.

What do you expect when you give out your email to unknown source. There'll always be a pop out of messages now and then notifying you of their newly offer programs. In case of you been added in telegram channel is from the airdrop you joined previously, and someone automatically added you through your username. Some airdrop are flop while are legit and they pay well

Your first sentence pretty much answers your question. In these 3 years you probably joined lot of airdrops. And all of them required your email. And you think that all these ICO's cares much about privacy of data? Offcourse no. These airdrops is a great way to collect huge number of emaild and later sell it. PR agencies which are working with ICO's have huge databases of emails and they are using it to promote ICO's and airdrops.

You probably gave it to them. In case you did that and in case you didn't you have many choices now.
First just opt out of spamlist on the bottom of email. If it don't work, you can create a spam filter to automatically remove it.

Then why not just report those groups that added you without permission as Spam?so by that you don’t have to deal with them and nothing may lure you into more baddest situation as we knew that telegram is one of the places where scammers and hackers stays normally to lure victims

How much does an Airdrop cost?

This is true. KYC is a load of crap to begin with. It's for money obsessed USA government bullies. The rest of the world don't care. Noone needs to know who you are and people who give their personal info away are insane.
Who knows what they do with it. How can someone feel safe knowing a stranger knows who they are what they look like and where they live?
