Hi Again !
i wanted to know peoples views on what features they would really like to see into a margin trading and lending exchange ?
whether they like it to be a DEX or CEX?
custodial vs non custodial wallet?
more leverages or less leverages ( i like low leverage because this saves innocent newcomers from burning their money )
support from the executive
team faces.
liquidity.
and more points that you like.

About the support, I am of the opinion that you must have enough staff to attend the support; this is a great headache that many exchanges have had

About the team, of course you must show the faces of the team... today the exchanges ask for KYC, imagine making KYC in an exchange where its owner is anonymous? This is unacceptable

The majority like DEX for an obvious reason

However, for me, any will do as long as the exchange will meet the criteria of a must-have characteristics of an exchange.

Who doesn't want a wallet that you fully control and own and not anyone else.



more leverages or less leverages ( i like low leverage because this saves innocent newcomers from burning their money )

Those "innocent newcomers" should not test the waters at leverage trading if they don't know what they are doing.

A responsible staff, active supports, no bullsh*t support or anything is a must-have at any exchange.

Minor problems should be solved within a few hours to a maximum single day and major ones should be within 3 days.

This one is an inevitable thing no matter how we do hardly advised on not to test out margin trading without any knowledge

they do still keep on trying it out and they do just realize when they do already burn their account.

Support- A must thing to have on an exchange and make it sure for it to be responsive and solving out problems that doesnt take too long.

Currently I prefer CEX rather than DEX, but I don't know in the future where perhaps DEX will be more interested by providing more service to customers. Leveraging will be interested for certain traders, for me it is not affecting significantly.

CEX/DEX/ every other fancy term out there is of less importance compared to the KYC policies and support of the exchange. Most of the exchanges fuck customers over in the name of KYC policies. Is there a way your DEX/CEX can solve that? People have to wait for days to get a reply from support. Can this be taken as a priority?

point noted that 24*7 support is needed with different multi language and area support .

but what if for govt. controlling reasons a dex team dont want to show their faces but really wanted to create an exchange which nobody can touch with regulation . would you still like it ?

But what if to secure the funds in case of hacks and system malfunction wants the user to just withdraw as many times as they want but the withdrawal will be processed just once in a 24 hr period . so that even if a hacks occur nobody can withdraw the stolen funds .

we are nearing solving this by first educating through series of videos online.
hope that will work to save those newcomers.

WE truly have a plan to solve this problem that will also create some jobs for people and this will really solve the customers problem because we are implementing server based customer service . that will cover the the customer based on their regional location and can communicate easily .

We will be supplying highly educated videos about margin and all and how to user our platform before launching so that people trying out the new thing get to know that before trying.

Hi.
1) More interested in working with CEX, because so far they proved to be more stable and scalable. I love the concept of DEX, and I'd love to see a DEX which would overrun CEX'es, but as of now I see none. All DEXes look like flea market against plush shopping malls which CEX'es are.
2) Non-custodial wallets only!
3) As for leverages, there should be options to fit both newbies and professionals
4) Yep, it's good to see the team's faces, but look, the time of ICOs showed that meeting the team can be delusive and actually means nothing. The product comes first. I don't care who it comes from. If they want to stay anonymous - let them do so. If the product (or most of the options) are free to use, I'll give it a try and make my own judgements.
5) Liquidity is something that doesn't come immediately, to my vision. What they call providing liquidity is actually called market making = creating fake volumes. Which means you'd better spend more time advancing your technology and winning customers with usability, features, giveaways, marketing etc than forge the volumes!
