Just been passed this latest information from someone involved in the current investigation into Christoph Huber & Moonberg (this is an international investigation).
It appears Moonberg LTD the company behind Moonberg is operating illegally in St.V&G, violating their laws and regulations.
The register has revealed an entity in the name of Moonberg Ltd. which was incorporated in St. Vincent and the Grenadines as a Business Company (BC).
Business Companies (BCs) which engage in FOREX Trading or Brokerage.
Moonberg Ltd. is not regulated or licensed as a Forex Broker by the Financial Services Authority. No Forex/Broker licences are issued from this jurisdiction.
The above-mentioned company is engaged in forex/brokerage activities as such this will be actioned.
