I would say Yes. Until I paid a miner I was receiving every day answers and help... After my payment, now are passed 20 days and my order result on hold.
Now not having answer, support, mails and not even chat assistant.
I really suppose is a scam site... but will keep you informed...

Why would you send money to a company you have no idea about?
Because I am sure if you had tried to do a simple google search about the domain, you would have seen a some scam accusation in the search results which would have svae you from getting scammed
