I can't recommend p2p trade over a large number of bitcoins as it is too risky who you deal with, why not do it with an over-the-counter transaction? Marami ang option sa OTC ng coins.ph at sa tingin hindi pa risky as you're dealing sa trusted company or bank.

That's why I am trying to post it here in forum for me to look a legitimate people who are owns btc. Money on hand for this kind of transaction and I can provide some contracts for this transaction.

What I'm trying to say is that it's very risky for a person who owns 1000 btc to reveal himself as he might be a target of robbery, we know how big this money is, and by the way, not only that, the buyer is also at risk if people will know you are capable of buying that huge amount of money.

A safe way to buy it is just spread your money in different exchanges, if I'm in your shoes, I would not do a meet up.
