Space-mining or how to get coins for free

The project is built upon the main Ethereum network.
For the token distribution they use space-mining. A miner reserves a space in the decentralized storage of Ethereum (similarly to GasToken), and he/she receives BTL tokens alongside with the space which can be released by him later for gas economy in the Ethereum-transactions. The more space (memory slots) is reserved for the period, the more BTL can be received.

And the most interesting information! As long as the network is running in Ropsten network, test BTL are available for mining for free, and later there will be a possibility to exchange them for BTL from the main Ethereum network (bounty-program). Ether to be used for mining in Ropsten can be received for free from several faucets. The process of mining is easy. A simple and detailed instructions are provided in the main forum thread.

Miner update

In a new miner they use the updated bitlleJs library, which allows to modify gas price dynamically and to control execution of transactions. Such cancel-resistant mechanism makes mining more stable, and it prevents situations of transactions congestion in the netwok due to violent flactuations of gas price.   

Instruction for the update:
0. If the miner is running, stop it by Ctrl+C.
1. Save the current file config.js somewhere on your disc, otherwise it will be re-written during update, and you will need to enter settings again.
2. In a console go to the folder with the miner. In case the folder is called BTLMiner and it is located on C disc, enter the command cd c:/BTLMiner
3. Enter the command npm update – a miner will be updated.
4. Change config.js file to the old one with your previous settings
5. Run the updated miner by the command node node_modules/bgsminer/start.js

!!!Due to division of Ropsten network into two chains as a result of Istanbul hardfork, the time of withdrawn is being prolonged till 9:00 UTC of October, 2, 2019. After that time the current BitlleGasStation1 will be "killed" and replaced by the new one along with the updated miner.
All mined BTL should be withdrawn before that time, otherwise they will not be any more available for withdrawal. Please, use the maximum gas price for your withdrawals.
