The cards are good MSI and ZOTAC AMP EXTREME on all other algorithms they give more than given in the examples. My settings: power limit 70 core frequency +125 memory frequency +650. driver version 425 CUDA 10.1

Nothing is wrong. The 1.3GS is a good result. If you want 1.4-1.5 - set 80-90% TDP.

If you want reach 1.55 don't limit power. And I would recommend +150 for core and minus 500 for memory with the Pill.

How is it possible to transfer shares without the Internet? I'm thinking you're confusing something. I also checked everything for viruses, the miner is clean. Perhaps the commission is overestimated in it.
