Import address From Cash App to Blockchain wallet. Result Non-spendable fund

Second, I have a few issues that I would like to open for discuss, also looking for a solution to get my cryptos back
Issue #1: the non spendable
If you ever use cash App to purchase Bitcoin you will find it very hard to access to wallet address info from Cash App. Or I must say 0.
Im having an issue when deposit bitcoin in to the cash App btc address. On July 8th. It didnt show on Cash App
Therefore I tried to import that cash app address to blockchain wallet.... the Btc was there but it non- spendable. Require the Private Key.
Nothing I could do since I have no private key for Cash App even I asked them. They said they dont have one.
Help please

I Use coinomi wallet app to control and convert my cryptos.
However when I first Use the function Resynchronized wallet. On my Monero address suddenly 7 Monero is disappeared.
Resync again, 7 Monero coin show up with pass word lock icon
I click on it, unlock the wallet . It went back to dissapeared.
How to retreive it back

Cash app - https://cash.app/help/us/en-us/1016-bitcoin is a custodian wallet, - meaning they don't give customers access to their funds.

Instead of exporting your adress, you should make a withdrawal to an adress YOU have the private key from.
So for example, download Electrum - https://electrum.org/#home copy paste an adress from your wallet to withdraw to in your cash app.

For issue no1:
You've created a "watch-only" wallet by importing the address instead of the private keys (but as Adolf said, Cash app doesn't allow users to have access to their deposit address' private key).
Think of it, if it's possible to spend Bitcoins by importing addresses, everyone's Bitcoins can be stolen.

Just do as he instructed but you have to reach the minimum withdrawal amount to do so.

For issue no2:
Contact the wallet's developer and users in the wallet's official thread: Coinomi Universal HD Wallet.
But it's been inactive for a while.

I don't know much about coinomi's wallet but this page might help you. I only found it from a reddit thread, the user had the same problem after resyncing his wallet.

If this didn't work i'll try and resync mine if I also get the same result.

I have never heard of this cash app, so you're going to need to give a bit more information.

Does the cash app give you 1 single deposit adress, and is that the adress you received 0.06 BTC on?

How did you get the 0.06BTC in the first place? Did you buy it directly from the cash app? did someone send it to your cash app deposit adress?

Why do you think the 0.06BTC belongs to you?

Where did you get it from? Did you buy 0.08851102BTC worth of BTC on cash.app (?)

Explain what happend. You bought 0.088BTC on CASH.APP, then transferred 0.02037719BTC to *(somewhere)*, and suddenly your wallet shows that all your coins (the 0.06) are also gone?

You should explain the situation further first because there's a lot of questions to be asked. I'm also curious where did the 0.08 come from was it bought straight from the app or did you sent it from a different wallet? because depositing could mean one of those two. If Adolfin was correct, I think you have to take this problem with their support since they're the only ones in control with the address. Instead of asking them for the private key tell them about the balance not showing up properly in your account.

I got paid from doing business first time ever try with btc payment total 0.08 btc
Then I splited them to put 0.02 in coinomi to start out
The 0.06 i deposited to cash app in order to sell it and I used cash app for convenience and low fees. Withdraw never cost and its instantly.
What happened was despite it confirmed on blockchain and indeed the cash app noticed the initial deposit also, it just never show on my balance. Still figure out the way to get it show off to use while the cash app support get a higher skill tech to look into it.
I may did some stupid things and caused to this. But Im not certain. However. Think like it my fault, and want to do something. I posted my problem here. In order to get some advice.
Not hustling about where is my btc come from.
I made transaction w btc for 3 weeks and total trade was 65 grand alright

Still reward 0.03 btc for whoever honest looking for using his talent to solve the case.

If you first made a transaction to Coinomi with 0.02037719BTC, the 0.06796002BTC would have gone to a "Change" adress.

As you can see they're still there. You *probably* never send the transaction to the Cash app, or the transaction never got confirmed, and subsequently dropped from the mempool.

Either way, the 0.06BTC is *most likely* still in the wallet you used to send the 0.02BTC to coinomi, and where you received the 0.08BTC "doing business".

(Or did you use something similar to electrum's paytomany?)

Which wallet did you use when you made the transaction/split?  because I also have the same assumption that it's in another wallet..

If the 0.06 was sent on the cash app it would've been moved already because exchanges usually empties receiving addresses and the transaction was made almost 2 weeks ago.

Edit : If we're wrong and the 1GG address is the cash app's address then message their support it's the only way to retrieve it.

where do you see "cashapp noticed your deposit", any further notification update on it
did you follow the Deposit Bitcoin instructions on the site?

So the sender sent out 0.08 btc to my blockchain wallet  - confirmed.from the blockchain wallet I split 0.02 and 0.06 into 2 different  address. I came back today ask if anything they could help since the 0.06 btc is unspent.
So the 0.06 btc sent to cash app has confirmed as well. And in the cash app transaction history did show that the wallet received the 0.06(again it did not show). How to retrieve that 0.06 btc from.blockchain wallet, have any idea?
Sender said their payment is done. Nothing they could do

There's no way you can use the balance in blockchain.com's wallet because you created it by importing the address which anyone can do.
The only way to recover your funds is to contact this "Cash App" to credit your previous deposit.
Just make sure that you're using the real Cash App because phishing scams and fake wallets are common these days.

Thank you for your advice.
I contacted the cash app support again, after reading this, asked to reopen the case also requested to resynchronized my btc wallet ( Idk if this could help).
They said will sending response in the next 24hrs so let see.
Ps: I did not searching for the review of cash App.
To me, they did pretty good if no problem occurred. Very small fee apply wach transaction.

Okay. if you FIRST used blockchain.com's wallet to send 0.02 from the 0.08 to COINOMI, it means that the 0.067 is also used in the transaction and returned to you as "CHANGE".

How can it be confirmed into the cash app if you never send a transaction? and if it was confirmed, why would you want to recover it from the blockchain.com wallet?

You're confusing the shit out of me.


The only facts i see are the following:

1. You received 0.08BTC onto your BLOCKCHAIN.COM wallet.
Blockchain.com doesn't allow you to specify change adresses, nor do they allow paytomany transactions (?).
2. You send 0.02BTC to your COINOMI wallet, which is this txid; https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/6dedb66a8e820ef2d5d5868e1a27eeb1e74d83faca9029d61b0fed1993bb5095
3. The 0.067 returned as "change" back to your blockchain.com wallet.
4. The 0.067 was not part of any transaction after that, so i find it hard to believe it magically got transferred into your cash.app wallet. With the information you've given there's really no possible place for your coins to be other than the blockchain.com wallet.
