I think you could achieve your wanted amount of votes if you give some rewards, like if the poll system has somehow a reason box why people recommended you the altcoin. Most people out here wants something in return of their favored time. This is just a suggestion, I think you could spare some  with that huge money you are investing and it will be worth a try.

Like i advised someone few hours ago, if i were you  80% of the fund will be invested on bitcoin while the remaining 20% will be invested on top altcoins such as ethereum, ripple, ada and stellar. i think eos won't be a bad investment also.

That's really a big capital, before making such a big investment one needs to be very clear in choosing the right asset. I suggest to have half the amount as reserve and invest the rest on bitcoin and other altcoins. As most of the users suggested a major investment on bitcoin and some low proportion into different altcoins on the top list will add more value to the portfolio. It is also good to choose some potential IEO and ICO.

Buy something that generates an income. Cardano, ICON, IOST, NEO, Ontology and Ethereum soon will launch staking.
Why it is important? Because as soon as bull market start people will find coins that are interesting for investing. And passive income is very interesting.  Smiley

I like the name you have come up with this experiment and you have made a lot of money from your patience which has been proven by time. Looks like you're a badman in investing and I admire what you have achieved after reading your replies. Don't you want to keep few thousands for leisure? there were suggestions already on how and where you should invest and the market is bloody so definitely looks like we had a sale now.

Thanks, buddy. I think what made my investments so far successful was a complete emotional detachment from money. It's just numbers on a screen. I'm lazy, too. I'd rather not check my portfolio daily. I check my stocks every three months.

I'd be happy if more people decided to vote. Collective intelligence is a beautiful thing.
Bud, your laziness brought you money and that's a rare case that I've heard of. Hehe. What I do is keep on checking my portfolio on how it is going so basically I'm doing this to verify on how much I've right now.

But you just did the other thing and that helped you out to flee from the potential stress that the market can bring you. Emotion do really change the way we decide because it's what forces us to sell whether we like it or not as long as we're hurt and don't like what's happening.

Yeah, I voted for ethereum too but the deal is right now ethereum is lower than the cap it hit recently which was over 300 dollars, if we wait until 5 august then we may end up losing some of it because the price will probably go back up high until august 5. No matter what the result is I feel like we are in a bull year and unless you buy something small on volume that would make a huge change all by your buy in (some coins are so small a 200k purchase may change the price big time).

We could see it go up but will it be a double I am not sure, bitcoin already went as high as 13k this year and depending on the price of bitcoin by august 5 it could still double but if it keeps going up until 5 august then doubling it with bitcoin will be very difficult, thats why its easier to pick an altcoin that everyone trusts and likes like ethereum to do something like this.

This is a big amount of money that shouldn't be put at risk. If a cryptocurrency investment is to be made with all of them, there must be a large amount of BTC. A very small amount of investment can be considered with the altcoin trade.

Whatever you buy i hope you can include some Apollo Coin to that bag, now i know some people will bring their negativity to it but you should do your own research and check them out with what they are building, don't take my word fir it, just take a look yourself, you can also check out Temtum, new kid in the block with such great potentials, DYOR.

212K USD is a huge amount to invest, In my opinion you should invest it on Bitcoin and other known altcoins, go for about 60% on Bitcoin and 20% on ETH then split the remaining among other coins.
