The announcement was made in December:

If this is carried through, it will be excellent news for European / UK based bullion buyers. Coininvest are a major dealer and offer some of the best prices around. 

However, I can't find anything on the current website about it:

http://www.coininvest.com/en/

So it may be they have changed their minds. Does anybody have any up-to-date news on this?
