Hello guys, i am looking for reliable source platform which gives altcoin news instantly. Could you pls suggest me ? social media, telegram channel, website etc...

You may install coinmarketcap app or TheCryptoApp to get notified while the news has been released.
CoinTelegraph also may be one of the good choice for news lovers.

This forum is constantly updated with altcoin news, just check the various ann threads for news on specific coins. My next choice would be youtube and twitter platforms with all the different crypto content creators.
