You're not sure whether a guy talking about UFOs is telling the truth or not??? Has he provided any proof whatsoever or do all we have is his word? Is Craig Wright Satoshi??? All we have is his word and also a lot of lies and misdirection and I think the same of Bob. These guys just lie their way into infamy and that's their business model as they make money from trying to sell conspiracy theorists books and public appearances and so forth. Lazar is full of bs and this is just how he makes his money.
Lazar claims he earned a master's degree in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a master's degree in electronic technology from California Institute of Technology (CalTech); however, there are no records of Lazar attending either MIT or CalTech.[5] Furthermore, Lazar was not a member of a professional body.[citation needed] Lazar speculates that his academic records were erased in an effort by authorities to discredit him.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bob_LazarReally??? There's really no hard evidence of anything he claims. Photos?? Videos??? Documents??? Nada.
There's also a documentary on him: Bob Lazar: Area 51 & Flying Saucers. Doesn't give you any sort of proof though just a whole load of talk. This drawing he did is practically the only evidence he provides in it:
SNIP
What is it that makes you inclined to believe him exactly? I think Tom Delonge from blink 182 on Joe Rogan made a better case but he's still crazy.
Except, according to Bob himself, he doesn't have a "business" model. He hasn't profited off the story, and any money generated has been sent to charities.
That's where I kind of draw some doubts.
I know there's probably better sources, but
https://www.thespec.com/opinion-story/9453861-film-on-netflix-finds-ufo-whistleblower-bob-lazar-seeming-less-crazy-than-ever/"If Lazar is a hoaxster, as many claim, I'm hard-pressed to understand what he actually got out of this whistleblowing. He certainly hasn't profited. For the most part, Lazar has shunned the spotlight and attempted to distance himself from UFOs while coping with relentless attacks on his character and credibility."
There are apparently videos from a story back in the 80s I believe, but the video quality is horrible.
To be clear, I'm not defending the guy, just relaying points from his story.
W/ regards to Element 115, that's where I kind of draw a blank. When the science community is denying something exists, and then 20-30 years later falls back and actually admits existence all-along, that's where i'm also kind of doubting.
When Lazar first cited Element 115, scientists were like, Huh? But that element, also known as Moscovium, was synthesized in 2003. It's now on the periodic table. Lazar was referencing 115 before it was a thing, and now it is.
The government also denied that he worked at Los Alamos, but there has been some evidence to suggest the opposite:
http://www.openminds.tv/physicist-claims-bob-lazar-did-work-at-los-alamos/34156Like I said, I'm not 100% set on any belief in this. I do find his story to have a bit more merit than *other* UFO/area 51 stories though. I'm not sure whether to believe him or not, but just counterpointing for the sake of debate.
area 51 is a scam. why reveal this ufo stuff all of a sudden?
The original story was reported back in 1989.
