I see that Xebr obtained a license to conduct financial activities from the Estonian government on August 18, 2018. When your exchange went live?

So you are licensed for Fiat-crypto and vice versa? Going to register and check your exchange and come back to rate you and give my feedback, we need more completely legal exchanges.

- Fee: 6% for the deposits done with Visa/Mastercard,
and this only if it's done in USD or EUR, otherwise it can go up to 8%.

- Fee: 3% for the withdrawals, only in EUR.

So between the deposit, the trading fees, and the withdrawal, it eats ~10%
And on the top of that, users need to be verified, and the card is the only option either for deposits and withdrawals... Can't think about why someone would buy or sell there.

I see you are mentioning that you are developing software for other exchanges, what kind of software would that be?

Usually it takes few minutes, depending  on the quality photos of your documents. If some of the photos are bad quality or your document doesn’t fit, you will recieve notification on your e-mail.

Thanks for your feedback but probably you don’t understand us well. Firstly, if you are going to use only cryptocurrency, you shouldn’t verify your account. Verification is must only if you deposit/withdrawal with a card. But cards are not the onliest way of deposit/withdrawal. Use cryptocurrency if you don’t like large fees and verification.

Yes, if you want to have your own exchange or exchanger, we can create it from scratch. We don’t organize some financial pyramids, we just sell a soft. Then you can organize your work independently. Also we can help you with legalization.

Yep, my thought exactly. I'm always willing to try new exchange and give it a shot, so i'm going to to the same with XEBR as well.

For me, safety is priority, and to see that XEBR is well regulated makes me feel much safer to use it.

I was a bit worried to be honest with such high fees. So is there any kind of fees for withdrawals in crypto? Lets say in BTC or ETH for example.

How do you help with licensing? In what terms do you help? Like advisory role or something more specific?

Crypto withdrawal fee goes to miners...  It is normal just like any other exchanges

That is pretty much standard withdrawal fee, nothing strange here.

Do you have any referral bonus available or something similar?
