Its not stucked, its already dropped by the network and you should send a new transaction, make sure it has enough gas since it has Out of gas error, thats why it failed to send.

as I know there's no way to save your transaction. maybe you can contact the support..

After I see the status of the transaction you are doing it seems that it did not work, and I am sure the assets that you have sent have not been sent and have not yet exited from your wallet. You can repeat the transaction without fear of doing it twice, because your first transaction has failed.
