Yes, by holding and staking.

Even if it is staking and holding still this is gambling because we gamble our money to a company or site that we don’t really knew and how can we be so sure about the outcome of this project?basically it’s gambling still mate because for me and others investing is also a gambling specially in volatile market like cryptocurrency (it’s just my own opinion no offense)

Everyone can't have skills to offer their services and get paid in terms of bitcoin. Very few get opportunities as well, for those people trading or gambling is the way to earn money in terms of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. 10% return out of the investment is quite a big fund, but it is always good to prefer buying proven cryptocurrencies and get the earning out of the growth taking place with time than risking on unknown cryptocurrencies.

my choice remains on trading, I have been in a situation gambling and gambling only bring losses. so I think for beginners you should avoid gambling and use your money for useful things like trading

I personally am often disappointed with campaigns like this, usually, they offer large dividends to attract participants / investors to want to invest in their tokens, but in the end, we all feel disappointed, it's better now that we do more certain things that are definitely profitable, such as trading and follow the gift if we want to profit, and we really want to avoid gambling.

You are right not all projects can provide benefits, it is better to learn how to trade in the market even if you spend capital but if you are able to trade well then you will get a profit. but if you want to find a bounty project, you have to find a project that pays accordingly
