As stated in the title, I need 0.012BTC at preev 1:1, which would currently be $116.74. We can use whatever preev is at, at the time we finalize the deal.

I will not send first unless you have significant green trust or if I've done business with you before.

This will be a neutral feedback transaction.

Bump--I'm currently looking for $35 worth of bitcoin at preev 1:1 and am willing to pay in PayPal.  At current preev rate ($10,400), that would be 0.00336538BTC.
