This person has been directly accused of scamming another one on our local boards....

Can a true scam detector maybe look into it cause I cannot find direct evidence....

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5163885.0

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088013.0

These are some of the accusing links.

I just left a Neutral tag, but maybe this person need some more as that though i'm not sure, so if a flag is needed.....

I don't know if you'll get a lot of response since both links go to the dutch subforum... That being said, i do speak dutch, so i'm one of the few people that'll be able to comment Wink

I've read the two threads you've mentioned, but i could not find actual proof of a scam either.... The OP of the first post did say he was scammed, but i didn't even see the actual details of the scam, just the correspondence between the potential scammer and the potential victim (the initial correspondence, pre-scam, that is). No details of the scam, txid's, screenshots,...

I must say that i've seen this Quadspoker dude posting the same thing in several subforums, and i had a bad gut feeling about his setup to begin with... He makes it seem like he has a big company (he said something in the lines of: "either me or one of my employees will daytrade" at one time), but the whole post reeks of amateurism... No address, spelling mistakes,... I think if i saw the same post in one of the english parts of the forum, i'd immediately scream: "95% certainly a scam", it's just because we don't see many of these types of scam attempts in the dutch subforum no big red flags went up in my head, just a bad gut feeling...

That being said, i think the two threads you posted are inssuficient proof to open a scam accusation...
I believe the OP when he says he's been scammed, however, without something tangible there's not much that can be done.

I have the same thought after reading the topics (I had to use translation tool). The scam accusation needs solid proofs for reference. May be Rebelx can bring some evidence.

I must say that i've seen this Quadspoker dude posting the same thing in several subforums, and i had a bad gut feeling about his setup to begin with...
I had the same feeling with QuadsPoker. Especially in  his topic "365 day 100$ trading challenge. 135% profits in only 35 days!!!!

Critical questions were answered with mumbo jumbo:
Can we see a full backlog of trades somewhere? Also, posting after the fact does not seem too convincing. Could be useful if you could post before what trade you are aiming for like "rsi currently at 20, expecting to go up therefor buying", we need to see the prediction factor, otherwise it's just numbers.
I explained multiple times what strategy I use. And I cannot post upfront at what point I am going to enter the market. It all depends on when the candle breaks or touches the lowest Bollinger band. So I cannot post prior my trades at what point I am buying. Beside the Bollinger I am not using any other indicator to enter the market. I just manually screen the charts and enter the market when I seen an opportunity.

So I am not using any other indicator. Its simple I take a trade when I seen the candle is going below or touches the Bollinger and exit when it bounces back up for 0.5-1%.
Meanwhile, he claimed to make a very stable 1% profit each day, without losing. That made me think he's building up to a long con, hoping for "investors" who's money he can take.
I wouldn't be surprised if Rebelx was one of those "investors" with dollar signs in his eyes, who then fell for the BS stories and lost his money.

Indeed promising a profit without a chance of losing is like a 100% scam not ?

indeed , he lured me in his bullshit story that he sold his house after then years hard work , he sold everything and moved too spain bought a villa there
In one of his threats you can see a screenshot from his smarthphone with a dutch provider while he was telling us that he was in spain, that was the first alert
but like you said the dollar signs in my eyes where bigger than the other signs. so i payed him 500 euro and he still had 3 months contact with me pretending he was making money for me with his trading strategie, he send me a screenshot every month with the results , but he also said a couple of times that he was busy with other projects, he did not ask me more money but he was trying too get more money out of me without asking it directly. And now 3 weeks ago he was not answering anymore on telegram.
I searched on the internet where he lived, and his last adress was not far from where i live, i drove too it but he did not live on that adress anymore what he rented before.
i talked with the person who lived on quadspoker his past adress, and now i know how the real story is, a little bit different then the story he wrote down here.
In that town they also telled me that interpol was after him..

I was just a beginner with crypto and found this challenge and strategie from quadspoker
I though maybe because its on a big bitcoin forum and he looked a respected member it could be a true story, so i talked with him in private and he said he would make from a minimum of 100 euro a big amount just for 5 procent comission. Oke i was blinded by his story about his villa in Spain and it looked very easy to earn mony with crypto. I payed him 500 euro he sended me a contract with his false adress but his real name was on it. After that he helped me with his strategie and seded me every week a printscreen with his results. But in the meanwhile he also was telling me that he was busy with other projects, like a hilo bot, a mining pool, etc etc .. so he did not asked me more money but he jus wanted too lure more money out of my pockets with his bullshit projects, because hey why would a succesful investor who has one of the highest tiers at Binance ( like he said), what means you must own 40000 btc and 8000 BNB or more wasting time with other bullshit projects.
Also i ignored a sign from potential scam in his challenge topic on page 5 where he posted a screenshot from his smarthphone with information from a provider in the Netherlands telfort nl, while he was pretending that he was living in Spain, In fact he was the whole time just in the Netherlands.
And now 3 weeks ago he did not answering my post on telegram anymore , for me the sign to clear this story out to the bone, i searched his name on the internet. And i found his adress in Belgium, i jumped in my car drove to that adress whit the intention to getting my money back , but on his last adress he did not live anymore, he rented that house before, but now there was living an other couple, and i talked with that person and he also knew to tell me what crook Quadspoker was,
I know now a little more and the real story is a little different then his succes story here on this forum,

Do you think i am wasting my time here, no i just wanna warn other people for QUADSPOKER and other scammers and thiefs who just want your money,
Dont trapp in the fall like i and many others did and will do, they just want your money,
if you wanna make money with crypto YOU have to do it .

@Rebelx: To warn people, go to QuadsPoker's profile, click Trust, and leave appropriate feedback. Don't forget to add a Reference link. You can also add a flag.

At least one of his last posts, particularly the one about his deceased wife, have been deleted. No more login activity since a few days either.

I thought it was quite strange that he was talking about his wife dying around February, even though in March he talked about having a Spanish account on his wife's name... I didn't want to mention it before, since it's not the kind of subject one starts asking questions about...

I've never understood why people are willing to risk judicial prosecution for a few euros... I would never promote or commit crimes, but if you really feel the urge to do so, at least make sure the profit is in balance with the risk... Roll Eyes
