From the looks of it, I would not assume it is a sheer scam just yet. Having said that, I wouldn't go all trusting it either. They have an invite based sign-up. There is an additional filed called "Fund Password" which is asked while signing up and I don't know what that means. The website is poorly written in English and is not meant for the English crowd at all.
