Black Dog Dex

The Black Dog Dex is a soon to be released decentralized trust-less cryptocurrency exchange for Ethereum based tokens. Black Dog Dex will be run over the TOR Network and will cater to all tokens on the hidden web such as markets and onions in general. The dex will have an automated tumbler/mixer for 100% anonymity and security. All tokens will be traded against ETH and DOG. Their will be a small listing fee ($100 in DOG) for each token. The Black Dog Dex will have an ICO Launchpad and a simple click button token creator.

Their is 0% of a buyer being scammed by a vendor, 0% of a vendor being scammed by a buyer and 0% chance of anyone being scammed by admin and therefore no chance of an admin exit scam as it is impossible for admin to access funds.

Is it illegal?

It is in no way illegal to buy an Erc20 Token! As a token holder, you are not an owner or a share-holder and you are not buying an illegal item on an onion market.
