IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours

In my openion , Investing for an IEO  is better than investing for ICO ... because it is listed on one or more exchanges... But Without good exchanges like Huobi ,  Binance,Hitbtc, Bittrex , Kucoin, other average exchange's IEO are not good enough to invest. So be careful before you invest your own money ...

For those that have been around in the Cryptocurrency market for a pretty long time the question to invest in IEOs or ICOs has been the main discussion point in 2019.
For some especially on “bitcointalk” it is clear that they won't invest in IEO anymore. After I have followed lots of discussion on bitcointalk i realized that people have moved on. It is a clear that people invest in IEOs as the platforms will evaluate the projects and give the investor the feeling of security.
Nevertheless i have observed a trend. The numbers in the ICO market have been declining but stayed fairly stable in 2019. The main reason for moving on to IEOs was the astonishing amount of scams that had flooded the market, since it was easy to make a lot of money.
This move to IEOs has something good. I believe that as harder it gets to hold an ICO as more the projects have to do to convince potential investors. Scammers want easy money and my hope is that the ICO market will come back slowly. Projects that will hold an ICO have to invest more time to convince people.
I sadly had to accept that those who scammed investors destroyed the dream of projects with little money that have great ideas. To hold an ICO and build a community of investors around it is a great way to fund your project without going to big VC firms. Unfortunately those you scammed investors destroyed the ICO market till now and it will take a lot of time to recover.
I have accepted that IEOs are currently the way to fund a project. The only thing that worries me is the power we give those exchanges. Is it really god idea to give that much power to exchanges in the cryptomarket.

Honestly, I don't like IEO. I prefer ICO, because ICO has to sell in the long run, and there is plenty of time for investors to research the project and consider whether to invest.
The IEO is simply the project agreed between the project team and the crypto translation platform. It really doesn't make sense, that coin has no effect.
People rushed into the IEO just because of the profits from the pumping of crypto exchanges, after the sale ended.

All active member will support IEO, reason exchange listed after complete. ICO has full support by member, no fake support, volume and trust as IEO do.

It's not true if all of active members will support IEO and there must always be some members were feeling contradicting with it. But so far not all of IEOs can be trusted and remember the shitty exchange sites have made their own IEO that can be considered as a scam. But ICO has the more chance to be used by the scammer to create a scam project.

Personally i do feel safe while investing in a binance launchpad IEO than investing in any random ico i just feel more relaxed and confident and im sure that im not going to waste my money in a fake project because binance has highest level of due diligence, research and filters to avoid bad projects so they will list only the best projects and that is something the investors want.

Well, I don't think this should be the only requirement that you think makes IEO better than ICO. In as much that Binance is hosting an IEO does not automatically qualify the project to be a good project where investors can not lose their investment capital.  This exchanges can be highly influenced by the amount of money they are receiving for the hosting of the IEO. They will be tempted to host an IEO project which is offering them good amount of money without checking relevant the project is in the crypto space.  The best option is to research every IEO project before investing into them.

I prefer IEO because they are running the sale on a well known platform instead of their own. So if something happens with you or the project itself before the sale done.
you can sue them and ask for refund, it happened before and it works.
do not bother with ICO and go to IEO instead, of course do not blindly choose the IEO platform.

On the other hand IEO is latest and surely better than ICO for both project and investors, an exchange conducted an IEO and investors came through the exchange.

in my opinion.. IEO is very convincing because it immediately entered the list of exchangers, but there are some cases such as the IEO coins on the exchange vanishing and fake volumes.. so, we must be careful too in choosing IEO because the IEO scam opportunity is almost the same as the ICO scam opportunity.

The benefits of IEO over ICO can't really be quantified. It's is a major reason why we have a saner cryptocurrency clime at the moment as witness some glimpse of bitcoin bull. IEOs offer security to investors funds and this has attracted more funding into crypto market

Trust is really hard to gain that is why it is always necessary not break one since you might never get it back. Now many ICO projects must either switch to IEO or STO since they are now trending. Currently you can't ran an ICO and get the needed response.

I agree with you that now the project needs more time to prove its importance. Any new project is immediately perceived skeptically, because the number of scammers was very large. But I am also of the opinion that this direction will come to life in a more improved version.

IEO is more transparent and safer because they are already being checked by the exchange itself before they do the crowdfunding.
And not for ICO, they make their own and sell their own. They can probably abuse investor by putting fake photos on their web pages and nobody knows about that.
So I prefer IEO than ICO because it's safer, you know.

For the short term, I agree that IEO is currently safer than ICO. But as a long-term investment, a project needs time to develop and produce a product, and in my opinion not all IEO is good for the long term

At the moment I don’t invest in companies that conduct ICOs and I am not going to do it, because now very few companies that conduct ICOs become successful and can give a profit, so I decided that I would only invest in companies that conduct IEOs on top exchanges and right after IEO you can get already profit, I am sure that this is the opinion of many and most importantly that this method has already been proven and is profitable in the present tense.

I was hit several times by ICO scams so for now I prefer to invest in IEO, and I am happy that because I have been investing in IEO several times, I can get a big profit.

Why should you invest in ICOs, where the chance of getting scammed is around 50 percent and it does not matter, how good you would research each project. It is much safer and easier to invest in IEOs on big exchanges, where they were already checked.

Please don't allow the IEOs to deceive you. Just because a project gets listed in an exchange such as Binance, there is no guarantee that it will be a success. The chances are better, since Binance carefully screens these IEOs before allowing them in the platform. But as we have seen from the PLUS token scam, the criminals are not averse to spending a few million USD, if they think that they can accumulate funds worth 10x or 20x that amount. So just because an IEO gets listed in Binance, you can't say that it will be 100% safe. Even if it guarantees the immediate survival of the project, the long term prospects depend upon the performance of the project team.

Because of those many scammers who put up ico's then runaway with investors money, the concept of IEO's being introduced giving the early investors  a better chance to earned without waiting for listing as the exchange that will lead the sale will automatically list the coin and ready for trading.

Finding good project which available to big exchange in terms of IEO's give you some confidence that it will materialized and bring profits to your invested money.

At the moment, the only way to get profit on the cryptocurrency projects' fundraisings is to participate in IEOs on top Exchanges like Huobi or Binance, but in this case there is a risk to get losses because of dump of the Exchange tokens.

I like investing with ICOs project, don't care about how long waiting for listing coin because have road map for all ICO project for pre sale until main sale, I always buy in pre sale time because many ICO give higher bonus more than 50% for every investor buy ICOs coin on pre sale time, I will sell all it when active for trading my coin and my bonus coin
