IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours

The biggest problem with ICO is that it is not monitored by any third parties. Basically, anyone can launch an ICO, as long as you have a white paper to convince investors to put funds to your company.
On the other hand, IEO is a very, if not entirely, different model. While both ICO and IEO share the similar rationales of Initial Public Offering (IPO). In an IEO, an exchange is an administrator.

So investing in IEO or ICO is always the most used question in recent times. ICOs are not as good as IEO but have a better platform and more stable operating system. If investors want to be safe, they can invest in both.

My opinion about these two things is not much different because ICO and IEO are still not in demand by many people with the existence of scammers that continue to grow this year. but IEO has had its heyday a few years ago and is different from IEO which only added new amicable. Maybe.

For me this both IEOs and ICOs has no different at all.both are good way to collect the fund from investors but still it has own weakness. ICOs like a classic way to collect the fund and IEOs is a new way to collect the fund and more reliable from ICOs which still not guarantee the success of the project btw.

To say it is good, ICO and IEO are equally good at making programs, only the problem now is that many ICOs and IEOs are made just like that without research on the market, so at the moment both of them look bad.

What can I say,.. well, although ICO has a bad reputation now but I still have to thank ICO for introducing us the top coins now in the market.
These are products of ICO, some of the good examples are ETH and BNB which until now are still in the market and have already make some investors get a good return especially during the last bull run.

In this big marketcap of altcoins, majority of these are coming from ICO.

Some of the projects in their are still popular in the market, therefore they are still being invested by the people.

Maybe this year and in the coming years there will be no more successful ICO as the trend has changes to IEO now, it's trusted over ICO.

I think it's not the same, IEO depends on where they are listing. even recently Troy IEO in binance has doubled profits, I think never to miss it because as far as I see almost all IEO binance is always profitable.

With upcoming IEOs there are less bounty campaigns because IEO use marketing through the credibility of exchange where they are listed. So that means less work and less profit for bounty hunters .

IEO poses a lesser risk for anyone contributing to the said project because the project devs are required to be able to meet what the exchange needs. This is where our shift of focus to check for legitimate project changes because the exchange is already considered as part of the legitimacy of the project being initiated.

You're somehow cause IEO does posed a lesser risk since the exchange site usually require some certain fund from the project team in other to save the investors and genuinely of the project. But, all this still also don't justify IEO project legitimacy in terms of scamming investors.
What I'm trying to clarify is that people still need to focus on checking project legitimate level even the IEO was launch by reputable exchange site.

Yep, indeed most exchangers take advantage of IEO and play prices like pumps and dumps. Therefore we as investors must be careful when wanting to invest and choose the right project to avoid scams
