Anyways, you'd probably be a fool to sell such a system, if it were to exist, as no one else in the market has such a system you could have a monopoly on paypal payments. (And it doesn't as far as i'm aware..)

I'd actually be interested in perhaps solely buying your anti chargeback system, (not for 700$ ofcourse) but i have a feeling this system is not as foulproof as you make it out to be.

Do you have a demo? What does this system protect against? How? Does it retroactively protect, or actively?
Does it collect and uniquely identify users, check if a user is verified through the paypal API, and then what else?

How could it possibly protect against someone opening a dispute, or charging back through a bank account or credit card?
