One of the biggest challenges faced by the recruitment industry is the large pool of resumes to search through. Screening these resumes and extracting actionable insights is indeed a Herculean task.

Resume screening still remains the most time-consuming part of the recruiting process. PTC vows to eliminate the massive screening of resumes by introducing a curated and immutable database, skill community. It’s a collection of resumes with similar interests and the data will be stored in the blockchain which can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

I have encountered many campaigns regarding recruitment like this. It is true that we can use Blockchain Technology because of it's transparency and high level of security. But I want to know what makes you different from others? What are the assurance that we can have that our personal and professional details will not be compromised?

Blockchain technology can´t be used on everything what you can imagine.
That is the biggest problem of coins that are created, they think that blockchain solution is a good solution for the problem, but it is not.
