Pardon me but you are based in India? I read that the Indian government is very strict in Cryptocurrency at this point of time, have they soften their stance, so this is an ICO in the service announcement? if you already had an announcement in the altcoin section you do not need to create another one.

There are 2 locations on the website: India and China. The two are quite bad, because government in these countries is intollerant to crypto.
