It is really a script behind that? My first impression was that it's a static image made in paint. 
Funny how that coin has managed to get on only this exchange...

Anyhow, OP, your script is clearly broken.

The last ETH trade happened on 2019-07-20 16:06:17 , the volume on the main page clearly says    0.00000000 , but the price had a change of -6.2%.
I don't know how that managed to change while your most traded pair if we can use these words, BTC-Doge shows a variation of 0.

Although I'm a fan of simple designs, this is simply too simple
