Do we really need to encounter it for us to avoid it? Or there's a way to avoid it completely, because for me, the best way to keep our investment and self secured is proper avoidance. i dont see that he say the word blockchain but i only see that he was talking about cryptocurrency  .all cryptos are anonymous but possibly trackable but you can only see the coins or thier balance and not their real name , address,  contact info , etc  . so it is still not possible to detect a criminal  . they can only be detected once they accidentally supply thier real infos  and it does happen sometimes  .  we should always take not of thier info so that we can track them if ever we got scammed  .
