i think he doesn't choose based on how many merits you get but he chooses based on your post because if you see at the spreadsheet there are a few people that don't meet criteria earned 5 merits on last 120 days

That's true, I did accept a few people who didn't meet the minimum requirement of 5 Merit earned in the last 120 days.
The 5 merits are just an extra requirement, but you may be accepted based on my decision!

I agree with you, and there are not "few" people that don't meet the criteria, but many.
And I don't see where it's written that it's just a so-called "extra requirement" and the BM could accept members on his own decision.
I wonder if WOLF.BET is aware of that.

So which criteria are you following specifically to hire people? For instance, im comparing my content to other people's that got accepted such as serjent05, romero121, EdenHazard, seleme., MonsterV.. what do you rate about their content that's above mine? Is it perhaps because I took a break? I have been active for 2 months and will remain active.

Again I accept the decision, im just trying to learn what im doing wrong from your POV.

This is a signature campaign, not your day job where you have entitlement to a spot. CM may pick anyone he likes and reject anyone he dislikes for whatever reasons. That's exactly what I do when I manage campaigns.

Perhaps the one that needs to grow up is you, which includes discerning between dissing someone from politely asking something.

I believe "a few" means three or more. I have accepted 9 in total who didn't meet the 5 merit requirement.

That you didn't get accepted doesn't give you a right to question the decision of the manager. Signature spots aren't an entitlement. Some decisions are made above merit especially when the accounts involves are in similar earned merit range. Sometimes, quality of post, quality of english, style of posting etc plays a vital role in getting accepted, Read this; [Guide] Factors to consider before joining paid signature campaigns. Some managers even go as far as putting into consideration your past records on the forum like past signature campaigns and refuse to accept users with history of supporting scam or spam associated campaigns.

Recent weeks, most of new launched campaigns accepted Hero Member & Legendary members. Unfortunately, I would have not joined those parties, but the good news is I am on my way to Hero member rank. I believe I will hit it within next one or two months. IMO, I still don't see considerable between those two ranks and Senior Member rank, at least in terms of effects readers/ viewers can see from signatures. I also understood that there are other factors that make differences. Hero Members and Legendary members, somehow are more reliable than Senior Members, because they have had longer existence and if they have not scammed or done something bad over years, the probability they will do it is low. Time can change people, but probability of such thing is low.

Precisely, the profiles I pointed out as an example have pretty poor grammar English wise, which is why I was trying to understand what made him choose those guys above other applicants.

There were plenty of chances for many people to have applied for a campaign well before the OP was tagged. I mean just applying to a campaign will not make a person supporter of a scammy business.
