Ahoy all, as many of you already know, I'm a hobbyist jeweler, metalsmith, tinkerer or whatever. I'm actually getting fairly decent at it and I've moved into big boy metal of higher quality pieces. Anyway, I typically source bullion from dealers, but I was thinking why don't I see if anyone has any damaged junk that metal refiners are trying to rip you off over, and offer to buy it for BTC at a better price?
I'm mainly looking for gold and platinum right now, I doubt people have rhodium or iridium but let me know if you do! You could probably twist my arm into taking bullion if you are willing to negotiate but as I mentioned I'm trying to acquire some melting material below shiny mint bullion price. Anyway, I've got Bitcoins, I'm looking mainly for broken or scrap jewelry, damaged and ugly coins or what have you. I'm ay-ok with mutually agreed upon escrow, though I ask that you pay any escrow fees involved.
I'll mention that there is absolutely no point in trying to pass off anything fake, as it becomes real apparent when you saw it and half and see your gold bar melt at 1000 degrees. If you have any comments, questions, general hate and discontent feel free to keep my thread bumped... I mean... I eagerly look forward to getting into contact with you over whatever you may have.
