as you can see in my previous post I have researched and analyzed a lot regarding centralized and decentralized market derivative as well as a non-derivatives market.
been in contact with lots of protocols that are in hand ready to have partnered.
SO what I am really building?
and WHy I am here?

To answer the first question. Building an exchange that people will rely upon in terms of trust and quality takes a lot of time.
and what I have concluded till now is
-people need money control in their hand
-a good exchange support system to quickly resolve their issues.
-fast TPS
-active education to newbies out there to safeguard their interests.

what I have come up with is I am working on a platform that is fast, non-custodial, even it will be like a bank account if you have excess funds you can earn interest annually as per the market rate.

coming to the second.
I have spent hours and days and been into it for 2 years. I have nearly all the things ready just want initial  seed Fund to Hire
-DEVELOPER
- QA's
- Etc

I know you want to look at whitepaper and website - but there is nothing of value if the project doesn't deliver and this is not a get rich quick scheme its will take around 6-8 months after initial MVP releases.

What I am offering.
5% Equity in the company For a $1,000,000  seed investment Fund.
It can be in for BTC, ETH, LTC & BNB.
Rember you are getting Equity not tokens ( which may or may not have value).

What you will Get?
The first-mover advantage.
you are getting this equity at a price of a penny stock.
after the Legal process is Done and all the compliance has been followed we are gonna have a token Sale register and complied which would be a benefit for the initial investors.

I am open ears if anyone has some doubt about this being a scam.
more importantly, I know that ICO/IEO scams have been done before but not everybody is a scammer.

if somebody thinks that what about others exchanges what about the competition they are obviously before you and are bigger then you how you would compete them.

Obviously I have measured this situation and went through that too and have a practical marketing program without wasting investor's money. So don't criticize that.

You should pitch your idea to start-up incubators like Yellow for example. I doubt you'll find any serious seed investors here, especially if your project is not yet ready, and from what I conclude, there is still no code yet which is why you need to hire developers (CMIIW).

If you're a single man team, that would be more difficult.

I guess we really need to see the finished product first. Everyone has their goals specially building exchanges and providing good services. However, I haven't seen anyone who really giving us a good support, to be honest. Up to know there are a lot of complains coming from crypto traders so I don't know you are you going to separate yourself from the rest of the competition.

Speaking of competition, its really tough out there, specially new exchanges because of trust. And people tend to use those who have proven trust already. But good luck to your dreams and your project.

I have Firstly engaged my self in the problems asked by different people from time to time and reviewed several traders based on their experience and I am really onto removing problems one by one.
The finished product won't be seen before Nov- Dec.
but to reach the technical requirement I am gonna need funds.
it's not that I have not put my money in the project I took some loans from friends and an OD from the bank But that was not a big amount. Not just that i tried working and doing other stuff also to make more money so we can have some more fuel.

And I don't want to make millions per day by taking from other people's hands.

Your idea isn't unique though. An exchange that functions like a bank account, is non custodial, has a lot of TPS and interest rates?

Why do you think such an exchange doesn't exist yet? Because it's not possible.
Binance, a billion dollar exchange, has been working on a decentralized exchange with dozens if not hundreds of engineers that can support x TPS, yet you claim you can do it too, you just need 1 million in seed money?


And you have nothing but the idea yet? Without connections i can already tell you, it's going to be near impossible to get that seed money.

There's already dozens of ICO's "Icoing" for the exact product you're describing, decentralized exchanges et al. Perhaps you can try your luck launching another token, but i know i won't be the one buying them.

 We have already talked with protocols that will be happy to have us their but i also know they won't give us their engineers "duh".. And yes this tps doesnt stand for the onchain transaction tps we could do it 100x more rhen binance chain if we want. But this represent fast ordering service like we have seen in some of the exchange that you are telling us about are our competitors. Everything should not need to be new but it could be done more properly.
