actually the "invention" was in 2008 and release was in 2009. and i don't think we can call Satoshi a "mathematician"! he was just a programmer who was familiar with concepts of cryptography and usage of hashcash as proof of work.

I believe that the real revolution of cryptocurrencies will emerge with the creation of companies and perhaps the countries of their central blockchain coins or at least using this technique for banking services.
More than a billion people in the world do not use banks but have access to the Internet, triggering more resources and creating more and more jobs.

I am a physicist.  When I was a child I had good tutors at Mathematics, Physics, French and English. My mother paid half of her salary to these tutors 10 years.

We are glad that your economic situation has improved over the years. But what has been described here has nothing to do with the process of the invent of Paypal and Bitcoin. What you are talking about is more about inflation and the development of the economic process.

There has been some wealth redistribution thanks to Bitcoin, but nothing remotely resembling "equality".

If anything, this was a massive wealth making machine, and some of the spills could reach the bottom. But the divide is there, a small group made good fortune, all the early investors who didn't make mistakes. those who came late are only getting the leftovers.

While the early adopters got thousands of BTC, we the late comers are left struggling for a few satoshis. And it can only get worse.

OP, you are exaggerating most of the statements that you are making.

Yes, Bitcoin has improved international remittance, but global payments with other methods are also done within a couple of seconds. <on the user side with PayPal and credit cards>

I believe that bitcoin can make many strong hands people to have stable life in the future. I really do hope so.

Bitcoin is not the magic pill to poverty, buddy. It is a monetary system which is decentralized and censorship resistant but that has nothing to do with removing poverty or improving lives of people. In other words, the rich people will remain rich and the poor will remain poor. You see those who are rich will buy more bitcoins than what the poor people can. In the end the price will rise so high that the poor people can only dream of buying a few satoshis while the rich ones will dump at huge prices.

How crypto will encounter poverty is something that is not the focus of discussion but it is a good investment, I agree considering the price range variation.
