[SCAMMER] User: digwill | Deleted Telegram after I did the work

What happened::
The user 'digwill' made a post on the services section regarding the need of an indian for wuick job. I was on mobile so without viewing his past history I contacted him.
The task was to shoot a video of indian currency notes(Rs.10,20,50,100,500) with plain background. Our communication took place on telegram after I pmed him on the forum.
After I sent him the recordings of Rs.10 and Rs.500 notes, I waited for him to send the payment so that I could send him the rest.
The next day, I couldn't find him on telegram, he had deleted his account. He is regularly online on the forum, but is not replying to my pm's.

PS: I did the work, he deleted telegram account, no communication and payment after that.

I can not possibly imagine the need for images of the notes and it was a very very easy job. Someone could do it for free but since there was a deal to pay then you rightfully own the money.

It's weird how people back off once they get that they want. You can create a flag against the user if you want to. I will leave a tag for him.

The work he asked you to do kinda seems odd. If it were me I would have asked for amount to be escrowed but then again is not that big to be escrowed.

Anyway will tag the guy for you. Please create a tag and post so that others can support this accusation.

Is this work legally? I mean, it is strange to ask someone to shoot a video of official paper notes and pay money for it, what is the benefit of that?
In general, this request is enough to receive a negative trust from my point of view, in addition, he has a lot of active buy/sell topics so I support this request.

It is legal as he has not asked for banned notes and plus sending recordings of notes and being ready to pay $10 for such an easy job makes it suspicious. If he was asking for rare notes or old notes, it would still be understandable and users would pay $1 and even then they would be ready to scam for such a small amount. Most of his posts are based on trading so may be someone might have asked him for proof of owning such notes and he is faking the recording by buying it from OP.

The legality of it depends on what purpose the video was used. Maybe he is trying to scam someone by sending a fake video of him showing he's in India and has a lot of money? It's unclear at the moment.

OP, I know he should be flagged and all, but didn't you had brains to ask him why'd he need such a video for? That makes you equally responsible if he used that video to scam somebody.

What if the other way around happens? He used it on a successful scam and at some unexpected event, eventually the user popped-up here and told everyone that it's your video, it's your creation.

You just asked the user what will be the video but never think of what will be the purpose of it. Since the task is easy, you take the deal without hesitation.

Anyways, the involved user is now tagged. Hoping no one here will being sh*t by that user.
