Who would like to have ios BTC wallet?

I would love to see a bitcoin wallet on iOS, but Apple would not allow one.
Most people are not willing to jailbreak their devices for a shady bitcoin wallet app.
What can we do? Seems like a webwallet is the only solution so far

I wouldn't mind having one provided it was secure and offered pretty much the same features as a full-featured client. But this is all dreaming considering that Apple would never allow such a thing and there really aren't many people that can be trusted to create a secure wallet.

It would be easy to sneak into the iOS world (without jailbreak requirement!).

-> found a small company (cost around 2-3 BTC depend on origin country)
-> apply for Apple iOS Enterprise Programm (299$ = 0.5BTC)
-> create iOS wallet app (this might be difficult)
-> sign the app with your enterprise provisioning file
-> provide a custom download page: http://gba4iosapp.com/download/
-> apple then probably then revoke your certificate
-> tell users to set back the date during the download/install of the app

It is:
1. Totally secure. We mean it!
2. Looks like a native ios7.
3. Easy to use.
4. Fully functioned.

That needs user to:
1. Go to fruitwallet.com from mobile safari.
2. Sign up.
3. Set up hardware protection (one click).
4. Confirm e-mail.
5. Enjoy.

Already ran tests in Europe and CIS countries.
Willing to get some more great feedback!

Making full native means going to Appstore, app can be thrown off from there any minute. Kinda risky to rely on this..

jonas.schnelli, it is a solution for pocket expenses. To use in cafe, ATM machine, transfer your pool earnings etc....
We understand people won't store a lot BTC on mobile wallet, same as you aren't taking a lot of cash with you all the time.

Pools, Markets store your coins on their servers, you believe them only if they are quite old and have good reputation. Right?

So you say. Unfortunately that's not enough. You could be scammers. You could be incompetent. Your website isn't doing anything to convince me of either point:

• You don't publish your real names -- that tells me none of you is ready to put their reputation on the line
  
• You don't publish your company info -- do you even have a company?
  
• Your TOS and privacy policy do not exist -- why should I trust your security policies if basic things like this fail?
  
• The only explanation of your security policies is "We use 5 layer security system" -- Is this a joke?
  
• You never mention that you will store the private key and have full control of all the coins in the wallet

I go to great lengths to avoid giving control (private keys) to anyone. I would definitely never give my coins to an operation that had the above bullet point list.

All your points are very fair!
We are in Beta, our main aim for now is to POLISH the product.
TOS and privacy will be published asap.
Company and names will be published a bit later.
Landing is in development, I understand that looks a bit strange.

What I mean it is that is the great plan, but I believe that simpler = better.
I personally use Mi 2S (android) and iPhone 5c. I clearly see ads and cons of each. But if I do something I like it to be like ios not android. ios has some limitations? 1% of users can name them. Makes sense?

Overall, I like the conversation with you guys.
But pls understand us. We are not a scammers, we just willing to create great, safe, easy service.

What is still a riddle for me, why are you spending time chatting me instead of opening the link fruitwallet.com in safari and see everything your own eyes.

It's not as hacky as it sounds like.
It doesn't require a jailbreak.
The iOS wallet app could also been made open source so people can check what's going on.

Sorry to say that, but in future, nobody will use web-wallets (or similar) where the user doesn't own the private key.
What have we learned from Mt.Gox?

The one who don't own the private key they don't own the bitcoins signed with them!

In my eye, only a nativ iOS wallet will have success.
